| NICK J. HUGUNIN, CPA Nick J. Hugunin joined the Firm as a tax manager in 1998. Prior to joining our Firm, he worked in the tax department of a large Des Moines, Iowa public accounting Firm for fourteen years. Nick has concentrated in taxes and spent a majority of his time working with professionals in dealing with personal and business tax issues. He has consulted on mergers, bonus allocation formulas, buy-ins and buy-outs and retirement. Nick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Drake University. |
