Wendy C. Frame, MBA, ERPA

Wendy Frame is a Partner in the Actuarial & Benefits Consulting Department at Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP. She specializes in designing qualified retirement plans for small to mid-sized business clients and providing ongoing technical advice and compliance services to those plans. Since joining the firm in 1996, Wendy has helped grow her team five-fold and increased the number of plans served from 150 to more than 1,000.

Prior to LBLCO, Wendy worked at a national financial services company, specializing in 401(k) retirement plans for large corporations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.

She is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), and the Midwest Pension Council. Wendy also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Washburn Center for Children.
