M.E.G. Roy is President of LBL Leadership Consulting, where she directs the firm’s management consulting practice around Predictive Index® (PI), a behavioral assessment tool, and the Selling Skills Assessment Tool™ (SSAT). As a licensed PI sales consultant, analyst, and trainer, she directs the marketing, brand identity, and business development of PI and the SSAT in Minnesota. She manages the local PI team of consultants, trainers and analysts, in addition to the strategic business relationship with PIWorldwide. Some of her responsibilities include: supporting LBLCO’s professional development initiatives, PI practice development, marketplace awareness, and co-sponsorship of the Leadership Breakfast Series with Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and the ROI Leader Forum for small businesses. Since joining the firm in March 2009, she has leveraged her 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the financial services industry to help her team enable their clients to “identify leaders, develop leaders and support leaders” with the use of PI and its applications. Providing insight into individuals and foresight to management teams of growing companies and mature corporations, her team helps build high-performance organizations, sales performance and leadership succession.
Currently, Meg also serves on three boards: the Minneapolis Job Support Workshop—a non-profit entity that helps executives in transition—where she chairs the MJSW Women’s Network; as Secretary of the Board of Camp Fire USA Minnesota Chapter; and as a Board member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD-Twin Cities Chapter). In the past she has been active in the Twin Cities Arts community, Minnesota/National politics and a member of the Junior League for 20 years.
Prior to joining the firm, Meg held leadership positions in marketing and business development locally and nationally at two “Big Four” accounting firms, and a regional CPA firm. She earned her BA in English from the University of Massachusetts—Dartmouth and has completed graduate studies at Boston University—Graduate School of Public Communications, and the University of Wisconsin—Superior toward an MA in Mass Communications and Business. Most recently, she has received a Mini-MBA in Non-Profit Management from the University of St. Thomas.
