Justin B. Besikof

Partner, Private Investment Banking

Justin Besikof is president of Lurie Besikof Lapidus Private Investment Banking, LLC. He has over 17 years of experience successfully executing middle market merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, including sales to strategics and private equity groups, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and management buyouts. Justin specializes in representing the sellers of closely-held, family owned and private equity sponsored companies in manufacturing, distribution and business services operating across a variety of industries including, industrial, technology, healthcare, construction, consumer and outsourced services.

Prior to forming Lurie Besikof Lapidus Private Investment Banking, Justin was an investment banker with a national investment banking firm. Before that, Justin was a tax consultant with one of the "Big Four" accounting firms.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Science in Finance, and Master of Accountancy in Taxation. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Justin holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 28, 66 and 79 licenses.
