Jeffrey S. Locketz, CPA, CITP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CBCP

Partner, LBL Technology Partners

Jeff is a Partner at Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP and the Managing Director of LBL Technology Partners. This division acts as our information technology (IT) audit and assurance group, as well as consults with clients in matters of IT governance, IT strategic planning, IT controls, information security, business continuity planning, software selection, and implementation. In addition, Jeff consults with a number of clients over general accounting and business matters.

Jeff is experienced in performing examination reports on a service organization's controls (SSAE 16’s formerly SAS 70’s), IT strategic planning, IT security assessments and planning, business continuity planning, and IT internal controls examinations and planning. Jeff has thirty years of public accounting experience and over twenty-five years of IT assurance and consulting experience.

Jeff specializes in consulting with business owners who need help managing their information systems and internal control structures. He frequently speaks to groups on information controls, security and business continuity planning.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Computer Science and Business Administration.

He has received the following certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
• Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP),
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),
• Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT),
• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), and
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
