| JOHN G. GERDENER, CPA, MBA John joined our Firm in 1995. Prior to joining LBLCO, John was Vice-President of Finance and CFO of a large multi-state, multi-plant manufacturing company and also Director of Quality Control for Accounting & Auditing for a large regional CPA firm. John received his MBA in 1979 and his BBA in 1971 from the University of Wisconsin. John is experienced in all areas of consulting, accounting, and auditing for manufacturers, distributors, contractors, auto dealers, telecommunications companies, and software developers. He provides consulting services in strategic planning, mergers, and acquisitions, litigation support, TQM, and cost and profitability improvement and management. John currently serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Joint Trial Board. In the past he served on the AICPA’s S.E.C. Regulations Committee and Technical Standards Subcommittee, Chaired the Minnesota Society of CPAs Professional Ethics Committee, served as Vice President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Strategic Leadership Forum, served on the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) International Board of Directors and Regional Council and served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs. John
