| DOUGLAS R. WAGMAN, CPA
Doug is a director in the tax department of Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP, a local accounting and consulting firm; and possesses over 30 years of public accounting experience. His focus is in tax planning and compliance for individuals, estates, trusts. Doug advises clients in areas of estate and wealth planning and has extensive experience in the areas of generation-skipping transfers, private foundations, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts and related charitable planning. He assists clients in meeting their estate planning goals by focusing on their personal objectives and recommending strategies that help them meet their goals and minimize taxes.
Doug is a frequent lecturer for tax training sessions held at the Firm and has conducted various seminars for professional organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council.
