BETH KIEFFER LEONARD, CPA

Beth Kieffer Leonard is the managing partner of our Firm.

Beth Kieffer Leonard joined the Firm in 1984 after spending two years with a national CPA firm. She became LBLCO’s first woman Partner and is a member of the Firm’s Partnership Committee. Beth was named a “Super Accountant” by Minnesota Law and Politics; has been a pioneer in the accounting profession; and has made an impact by leading by example.

As a professional she has advocated for her clients, especially those who have traditionally been excluded from financing and access to capital avenues. Through her energetic approach to strategic thinking, business development successes, vast network of advisors, and valuable insight, Beth has consulted and assisted her clients with obtaining financing and positioning themselves for potential sales or acquisitions. In her roles in both the Firm and the community organizations for which she volunteers, Beth has always risen to a position of leadership.

Beth received her Bachelor of Science Degree in the Accounting Program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs and a recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners Corporate Woman of Achievement Award.
